   1. In order to avoid delays in print production, make sure that the artwork consists bleed and safe margin. 3 mm bleed and a safe internal margin of 3 mm is necessary. Export the print file as press quality PDF with bleed and crop marks.

   1. Yes, black only printing is cheaper than a full colour process. If you are looking to print basic documents, choose black only print option to save money.
10. How can I print my artwork edge to edge?
    1. To be able print an artwork edge to edge, the file need to supply with 3 mm bleed all around. Essentially, borderless printing is not printing edge to edge, rather printed 3 mm external margin which is called bleed and this area will be trimmed off to have a nice borderless print.
11. What is the common postcard size?
    1. Common postcard size is 105 x 148 mm.
12. Can I order my print job online or do I have to visit the shop in person?
    1. Print orders can simply ordered by emailing the artwork and specifying your requirements. We will send you a quote based on your requirement.

23. What happens if I need to change the artwork last minute?
    1. Depends on how far the job has progressed, you may be able to supply a new artwork. There may be delays if you have passed the cut off time and sometimes may not be able cancel the order if the production already started.

What are the requirement for your Same day job?

For same-day or next day urgent orders, please make sure that you supply a print ready pdf file and confirm payment by 10:00 am. Delay in confirming any of these may delay your order as well. If you want a proof supplied back to you, also consider the cut-off time.
