Where can I print flyers in Brisbane to save on costs?
AllPrint Brisbane specialises in budget-friendly, high-volume marketing materials. We print budget-conscious A6, A5, DL, A4, and A3 flyers. To secure the lowest price per unit, we recommend choosing 150 gsm gloss paper stock, which is the industry standard for high-volume letterbox drops and promo handouts.
Is single-sided or double-sided flyer printing cheaper?
Single-sided printing has a lower base price, but double-sided printing offers much better value if you have a lot of promotional details. Utilizing both sides maximizes your advertising space without increasing your distribution or paper weight costs.
Do you offer variable numbering or custom QR code printing?
Yes. We provide Variable Data Printing (VDP. This is perfect for printing unique QR codes on corporate vouchers, serialised raffle tickets, event tickets, or personalised names and addresses on direct mail postcards.
Paper Stocks, Lamination & File Setups
What is the difference between GSM weights?
GSM stands for Grams per Square Metre and measures paper thickness:
100 – 150 gsm: Lightweight and flexible. Best for high-volume flyers, brochures, and letterheads.
200 – 300 gsm: Mid-weight cardstock. Ideal for high-quality booklet covers, presentation folders, and premium menus.
350 – 400 gsm: Thick premium board. Strictly reserved for rigid business cards and invitations.
Should I choose matte, gloss, or laminated finishes?
Gloss Finish: Enhances colour vibrancy, making photos and images pop. Excellent for promotional flyers.
Matte/ Satin / Silk finish: Reduces glare and provides a modern, readable surface. Great for corporate booklets.
Lamination: A thin plastic film applied via heat. We highly recommend celloglaze or lamination (matte or gloss) for business cards and menus to protect them from tearing, moisture, and heavy handling.
Will AllPrint Brisbane check my supplied files for layout errors?
Yes. Our professional prepress team checks all supplied files for layout, resolution, and bleed errors completely free of charge before any ink hits the paper. If your file isn’t print-ready, we will notify you immediately to prevent wasted costs.
What options do you have for outdoor business signage and banners?
We produce a vast range of heavy-duty, weather-resistant signage:
Pull-Up Banners: Lightweight and portable for trade shows or retail storefronts.
Outdoor Vinyl Banners: Heavy-duty, eyeleted banners perfect for fences, construction sites, and external building walls.
Corflute Signs: Cost-effective, rigid plastic signs commonly used for real estate listings, political campaigns, and construction safety warnings.
Can I get custom-shaped product stickers printed?
Yes! We offer cheap sticker printing for local small businesses looking to brand their packaging, mailers, or promotional giveaways. These can be kiss-cut or die-cut to almost any custom shape or size.
Do you offer eco-friendly or sustainable print options?
Yes. We are dedicated to sustainable printing in Brisbane. We offer recycled paper stocks for business cards, stationery, and brochures, and we utilize **sustainable inks** across our modern offset printing presses.
What is the most cost-effective sign option for Brisbane construction sites and real estate listings?
Corflute signs are the most economical, durable option for outdoor site signage. Made from weather-resistant fluted plastic, they are perfect for building site safety signs, trade branding, or temporary real estate listings. We print them locally in standard 600mm x 900mm* or 900mm x 1200mm sizes, and they can be easily eyeleted for fence mounting.
Can you print custom NCR Carbonless Carbon Books for trade invoicing?
Yes. We supply custom-printed NCR (No Carbon Required) books in A4 and A5 sizes, available in duplicate, triplicate, or quadruplicate. These are fully customized for Brisbane plumbers, electricians, and builders with your company branding, licensing details, terms and conditions, sequential numbering, and wrap-around writing plates.
Do you print magnetic signs for trade vehicles or work trucks?
Yes. We produce high-strength magnetic car signs that easily stick to car doors, vans, and utility trays. This allows local tradies to instantly brand their vehicles for work and easily remove them for personal use on weekends without damaging the vehicle’s paintwork.
How to Export Print-Ready Files (Canva & Adobe)
“how to add bleed in canva for print”, “export pdf with crop marks canva”, “canva print resolution low”
How do I add a 3mm bleed to my design in Canva before exporting?
To ensure your background designs aren’t cut off during the trimming process, follow these steps in Canva:
- 1. Open your design.
- 2. Click File in the top menu bar.
- 3. Select View settings and check Show print bleed.
- 4. Ensure your background images, colors, or patterns stretch all the way past the outer dashed line that appears. Keep your text well inside the inner safety line.
What are the exact export settings in Canva for a high-quality commercial print?
When your design is complete, do not download it as a standard PNG or JPEG. Follow this specific export checklist:
1. Click Share in the top right corner, then select Download.
2. Under File Type, change the dropdown to PDF Print (this ensures the highest possible resolution).
3. Check the box for Crop marks and bleed.
4. Change the Colour Profile from RGB to CMYK (best for professional colour accuracy).
5. Click Download and email the resulting PDF directly to our sales team.
Why do my images look blurry or pixelated when printed, even if they look clear on my phone/computer?
Screens display images at a low resolution of 72 DPI (Dots Per Inch), whereas high-quality commercial printing presses require images to be at least 300 DPI. If you download a low-resolution graphic from Google or use a low-quality smartphone photo in your artwork, it will look blurry when printed. Always use high-resolution asset files.
Why do the colours on my printed business cards look different from my computer screen?
Computer monitors, tablets, and phones display colours using RGB light (Red, Green, Blue), which can show incredibly bright, vibrant, neon shades. Commercial printers use CMYK ink (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black), which reflects light. Because ink cannot replicate digital neon light, colours naturally appear slightly more matte or saturated on paper than they do on a glowing screen.
